INTRODUCTION
The Code of Ethics of the Company TERRY STORE AGE SPA, approved by the Board of Directors on 11 December 2018, outlines the general principles and the rules of conduct for all those working for or with the Company, whether they are employees, partners, suppliers or customers.
The purpose of the Code is to declare and spread the ethical values and commitments on which the Company bases its own business operations.
The Code is binding and it must be observed by all employees first and foremost, wherever they operate, both in Italy and abroad, including those who perform representation, administration or management functions.
FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES
Terry Store Age Spa has been operating on the market for over 60 years basing its conduct on the principles of transparency and responsibility particularly in matter of safety in the workplace, health of employees and respect of the environment.
The Code is based on the respect of the law and on our strong beliefs that inspire and guide all our behaviour and procedures.
The Code led us to design and live our Organization Model with the aim of improving our control systems and the ability of the Company to use the available resources efficiently and sustainably and to prevent any wrong doing.
Legality and Respect are the common thread of our action and behaviour and the value of corporate ethics is the result of a process aimed at internalizing, sharing and putting into practice the principles and values that all the Company’s stakeholders are called to observe every day.
